You might have original brick on the exterior, a layer of plaster from a 1920s renovation, a new drywall skin from the 1990s condo conversion, and a fresh coat of paint from last year — all on the same wall. We tap and probe before drilling so we know exactly what we are working with.

The open floor plans typical of SoHo lofts mean the TV position is highly visible from everywhere in the apartment. We take extra care with level, height, and tilt to make sure the mount looks precisely placed — not like an afterthought. We will also help you think through the best wall given cable routing, seating angles, and ambient light from those enormous cast-iron windows.
