Is dismounting free if I'm also remounting?

If you're taking down the TV and remounting it in the same location during the same appointment, the dismounting is included at no extra charge. If you're just taking the TV down without remounting, it's $130.

Do you patch the holes left by the old mount?

Basic dismounting does not include wall patching or painting. The mount holes are small and standard. You can fill them with spackle or we can discuss additional services if needed.

Question 3

What happens to the existing mount?

Accepted Answer

We remove the TV from the mount. Whether you also want the mount bracket removed from the wall is up to you — just let us know when we arrive.

Question 4

Can you take down the TV and remount it in a different room?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that would be a dismounting service ($130) plus a new TV mounting service ($130) for the new location. Book both services when you schedule.
