Why NYC TV Guy

One team for the screens, the wall and the cables

A video wall only works when every screen lines up. A gap or a tilt on one panel shows across the whole grid. That is the job we do.

  • Cables managed

On drywall, the cables run inside the wall. On plaster, brick and concrete, we conceal them with a clean surface cover. Nothing hangs below the grid.

  • Your TVs or ours

We sell Samsung, LG and Sony TVs and can supply the screens and the mounts. Already have the TVs? We install yours.

How a video wall gets built

  1. Request a quote

Choose the 2×2 or the 3×3 on our booking page and tell us about the space. Your request goes to our team.

  2. Quick visit to measure

We come by to measure the wall, check what it is made of and see where the power is.

  3. Design

We plan where the grid sits, where the power, network and HDMI cables run, and how each screen gets its picture.

  4. Quote

Every video wall is quoted per job, starting from the price on this page. Your quote shows the applicable job charges. The website takes no payment; the deposit is collected after our team confirms the job.

  5. Install day

We mount the frame, hang every screen, line up the edges and level the whole grid. Cables go in the wall or under a clean cover, depending on the wall.

  6. Handover

We switch the wall on, check every screen and walk you through using it before we leave.

Sebastian and Josie were absolute professionals and gentlemen. Josue arranged the appointment and kept on top of scheduling. It was seamless and the work was done the next day. Sebastian was a superstar. My TV had already been mounted but there were wires all over the place which were driving me crazy. He practically made the wire’s disappear. He then put my Roku behind the TV and connected the sound bar. He said I didn’t really need cable box bc Spectrum has streaming. I’m saving 40 dollars a month now. I have a hearing impediment and Sebastian set up my phone with Roku app so that I can now listen to sound with earbuds. The sound bar is awesome. No complaints from neighbors about noise now. I had 4 different remotes now I only need one. I’m no longer confused about operating the system. I was so lucky to have found TV Guys. I’d give them a six bit rating only goes up to 5🙂

The tv mounting was fantastic from start to finish. They got the job done the next day. My co-op has burdensome insurance and liability requirements which Josue handled like a champ. And Stephen, the installer was sublime. My concrete wall was a bear. He did a meticulous s job and left my apartment cleaner than when he came. I highly recommend!

Questions, answered

A video wall is a grid of TVs installed together on one wall, edge to edge, so they read as one large display. We install two sizes: a 2×2 grid of 4 TVs and a 3×3 grid of 9 TVs. Some people call it a media wall; on this page it always means screens, not cabinets.

A 2×2 video wall starts from $5,000 and a 3×3 video wall starts from $10,000. Every video wall is quoted per job: your final price depends on the TVs, the mounts, the wall and the distance from Midtown Manhattan, and your quote shows the applicable job charges.

It depends on the wall and the room. A 2×2 fits most reception areas, conference rooms and homes. A 3×3 needs a larger wall and suits lobbies, restaurants, gyms and showrooms. Tell us the wall size when you request a quote, and we help you pick on the visit to measure.

Either. We sell Samsung, LG and Sony TVs — see TV sales — and can supply the screens and the mounts for your video wall. If you already have the TVs, we install yours.

Drywall, plaster, brick and concrete walls. On drywall, the cables run inside the wall. On plaster, brick and concrete, we conceal the cables with a clean surface cover rather than routing them inside the wall.

Yes. A video wall is often part of a bigger office job. We also set up office AV, including boardroom AV for meeting rooms. See our 3×3 video wall in a Brooklyn office for a real example.

Yes. Our 3×3 video wall in a Brooklyn office shows the job from the bare wall to nine working screens, with our own photographs.

Choose the 2×2 or 3×3 grid and send a quote request on our booking page. Your request goes to our team, who follow up with your quote. The website takes no payment; the deposit is collected after our team confirms your request.

Yes. Fully insured — $2M general liability and a separate $5M umbrella policy. We install video walls across the five boroughs of New York City and in New Jersey.
