The client had just moved into a new Manhattan apartment and wanted it to feel finished: a big TV on the living room wall with no cables showing, a few art pieces hung, and his Sonos system — a Beam soundbar, a subwoofer and five or six speakers — working together. The plan grew into two new LG TVs, a large one for the living room and a 65-inch for the bedroom, set up over two visits: the bedroom and the art first, then the living room and the full Sonos system.
- The client asked if NYC TV Guy could also set up his Sonos sound system.
- He explained he had just moved in and wanted a big TV wall-mounted with the cables hidden, some art pieces hung, and his large Sonos system — a subwoofer plus five or six smaller speakers — connected.
- He confirmed he already owned a Sonos Beam soundbar, and that there was a power outlet behind where the TV would go.
- He sent a photo of the TV wall mount he already owned, which NYC TV Guy confirmed as usable.
- He said he wanted a new, larger LG smart TV for the living room, plus a second, smaller LG of the same brand for the bedroom.
- Because the new living room TV would not arrive until later in the week, the work was split across two visits: the bedroom items on one day, the living room TV and sound system on another.
