Two contractors had backed out after seeing the Soho office. The client sent NYC TV Guy a video tour of all six rooms, and the team took on the wood-panel installation.

  • The client needed wood soundboards installed in about six conference rooms at her company's Soho office, and the boards were already bought.
  • The video camera bars were already in place and did not need setup help, just installation of the wood boards, some of which had to be cut to avoid covering an outlet.

The crew worked through all six conference rooms, including a large boardroom, a two-person huddle room and several mid-size rooms. Some had plain white walls; in rooms with exposed brick, panels went behind the equipment. The crew removed each screen and camera bar, fitted and levelled the panels, cut them around outlets, pipes and tables, then remounted the equipment.

He answered my questions, coordinated the estimate and invoice, and made sure I understood the pricing so I wasn’t paying for services I didn’t need. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Parviz handled the installation, and he was terrific. He took the time to discuss the TV placement with me, offered helpful professional advice, and made sure everything was positioned correctly. He was very careful to keep my apartment clean, even placing a garbage bag underneath while drilling to catch the dust and debris. He also did a great job managing the cords, and the finished installation looks fantastic. Both Cristian and Parviz were professional, thoughtful, and a pleasure to work with. It’s refreshing to find a company that provides excellent customer service, fair pricing, and quality workmanship. I would definitely recommend them!

    Sebastian and Josie were absolute professionals and gentlemen. Josue arranged the appointment and kept on top of scheduling. It was seamless and the work was done the next day. Sebastian was a superstar. My TV had already been mounted but there were wires all over the place which were driving me crazy. He practically made the wire’s disappear. He then put my Roku behind the TV and connected the sound bar. He said I didn’t really need cable box bc Spectrum has streaming. I’m saving 40 dollars a month now. I have a hearing impediment and Sebastian set up my phone with Roku app so that I can now listen to sound with earbuds. The sound bar is awesome. No complaints from neighbors about noise now. I had 4 different remotes now I only need one. I’m no longer confused about operating the system. I was so lucky to have found TV Guys. I’d give them a six bit rating only goes up to 5🙂
