Parkchester is a unique environment. The buildings were constructed in the 1940s as a model planned community, and the walls reflect that era — plaster over concrete or brick, thick and solid. Mounting a TV here is not the same as mounting on standard drywall, and not every installer knows the difference.
We have done hundreds of mounts in Parkchester-style buildings. We bring masonry drill bits, the correct toggle anchors, and the experience to know which walls will hold a mount and which require a different approach. Every mount we do here is tested for security before we leave.
