Walls are often plaster over wood lath with non-standard stud spacing, and staircases are tight enough that furniture delivery companies charge extra — but we do not. Our two-person team navigates these buildings efficiently and without drama.
The new residential towers that have gone up along the LES waterfront and on the blocks near Essex Crossing have modern metal-stud drywall construction — a completely different challenge. We come equipped for both building types on every truck so the right hardware is always available.
