The 1960s and 1970s towers built as part of the Lincoln Center urban renewal have concrete-frame construction with drywall interior walls — a very common combination in this part of the UWS. We are entirely comfortable with this building type and can complete most Lincoln Square installs, including in-wall cable management, in under 90 minutes.
The newer luxury buildings along Broadway and Columbus in the 60s tend to have modern metal-stud drywall construction. These are the most installer-friendly wall types we encounter and we work through them efficiently.
