Will my wall hold a TV?

Yes — we mount on all wall types. For drywall with studs we use lag bolts, for drywall without studs we use heavy-duty toggle bolts, for metal studs we use snap toggles, and for brick or concrete we bring masonry hardware. We've mounted over 5,000 TVs on every wall type in NYC.

What's the maximum TV size you can mount?

Accepted Answer

There's no maximum size — we regularly mount 85-inch and larger TVs. For TVs 75 inches and above there may be a small surcharge noted during booking.

Do I need to buy the mount separately?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you purchase the mount and we do the installation. After booking we send you specific Amazon recommendations based on your TV size and wall type. This keeps the price lower and lets you pick exactly what you want.

How long does a standard TV mount take?

Accepted Answer

A standard wall mount takes about 40 to 45 minutes from start to finish, including wall assessment, mounting, and cleanup.

Question 5

Do I need to prepare anything before the appointment?

Accepted Answer

Just have the TV and the mount ready with some space in front of the wall. You don't need to unbox the TV or move furniture — our technician handles that.
