What the install includes
The Frame only looks like art if the install is right. These are the four things that decide it.
The One Connect box, out of sight
The Frame carries one thin cable to the panel. In drywall we run it inside the wall and the box lives in your cabinet. In plaster, brick or concrete we never cut in — a paintable raceway carries it instead, and your super paints it to match.
Flat to the wall, with a gap that saves your paint
Frames sit so close to the wall that heat builds up behind them and stains the paint over time. We install with a small spacer gap for airflow, and shim the plate where the wall bows — the same flush look, without the mark.
Every wall type
Drywall, plaster, brick and concrete. On brick we use masonry anchors. For brick walls, we hide the One Connect cable with a clean, paintable surface cover rather than routing it inside the wall.
Art Mode set up before we leave
We connect it to your WiFi, configure Art Mode and walk you through browsing and choosing artwork. It works the moment we go.
Ordered a bezel with it?
The Frame's bezel clips on magnetically over the panel. Tell us which finish you have when you send your request and we'll confirm fitting it in the same visit.

Sebastian and Josie were absolute professionals and gentlemen. Josue arranged the appointment and kept on top of scheduling. It was seamless and the work was done the next day. Sebastian was a superstar. My TV had already been mounted but there were wires all over the place which were driving me crazy. He practically made the wire’s disappear. He then put my Roku behind the TV and connected the sound bar. He said I didn’t really need cable box bc Spectrum has streaming. I’m saving 40 dollars a month now. I have a hearing impediment and Sebastian set up my phone with Roku app so that I can now listen to sound with earbuds. The sound bar is awesome. No complaints from neighbors about noise now. I had 4 different remotes now I only need one. I’m no longer confused about operating the system. I was so lucky to have found TV Guys. I’d give them a six bit rating only goes up to 5🙂

The tv mounting was fantastic from start to finish. They got the job done the next day. My co-op has burdensome insurance and liability requirements which Josue handled like a champ. Yes. Samsung ships the slim-fit no-gap mount in the box — you don't buy a bracket separately. What you are paying us for is the install: finding the studs, getting it level, and getting the One Connect cable out of sight. We bring all the mounting hardware for your wall type and leave a small spacer gap behind the panel so heat can escape.
A Frame installation starts from $175 (standard TV mounting). Hiding the One Connect cable is a different package, because it depends on the wall: the Frame mounted with the cable passed through the wall behind a brush plate is $299, and the Frame with a recessed in-wall box and the One Connect cable hidden inside the wall is $799. Both are drywall only. Your final price depends on the options you choose (TV size, wall type) plus the distance from Midtown Manhattan. You'll see the estimated total before you submit your booking request.
Yes — it's a well-documented issue. Samsung Frame TVs sit so close to the wall that heat builds up behind them, causing yellow or brown discoloration over time. Yes — we position it inside furniture like a TV stand or credenza, inside a media cabinet, or on a shelf behind the TV. The One Connect cable runs discreetly along the wall or behind furniture so it stays out of sight. Yes. We set up Art Mode during your appointment, connect to your WiFi, and walk you through browsing and selecting artwork.

Yes — we mount Samsung Frame TVs on all wall types including brick, concrete, plaster, and drywall. For brick walls, we use masonry anchors for a secure hold. Rather than routing cables inside brick, we recommend our cables covered service (from $199) which uses a paintable surface raceway to keep the One Connect cable hidden. The Frame TV has built-in speakers that are fine for casual watching, but adding a soundbar (from $69) gives you much better audio — especially for movies and music. We mount it directly below the Frame for a clean setup.
