Seven framed pieces to hang in a Manhattan apartment, none of them large

A returning client had a bunch of frames ready to go up and asked for a Thursday visit. The count was seven, none large, so one visit would cover it all.

The client had worked with us before and came back with a simple wish: a stack of frames, finally on the wall. Seven pieces in all, and none large. That kept the job to a single afternoon visit with one technician and a level.

Every frame checked with a level, from the kitchen print to the hallway plaque

The technician worked through the apartment frame by frame. A red-framed print went up over the kitchen counter, then a clear plaque in the hallway and a yellow-framed building illustration above a chair, each one checked with a spirit level.

The first piece was a red-framed print above the coffee station in the kitchen. A spirit level under the bottom edge confirmed it hung straight. In the hallway, a clear acrylic plaque beside the bathroom door got the same check across its top edge. A yellow-framed building illustration above a chair came next, again leveled before the technician moved on.

A gallery wall of black-and-white photos above the sofa, with the light strip's cable hidden

The finishing piece was a gallery wall of framed black-and-white photographs and prints above the living room sofa, hung together under a warm light strip. A white cover runs the strip's cable neatly down the corner.

The living room got the biggest payoff. A group of framed black-and-white photographs and prints now hangs together on a cream wall above the sofa, with a large architecture print beside them. A warm light strip runs above, and a white cable cover carries its cord down the corner so nothing hangs loose.

A really good experience. I was quite nervous because there is a wall sprinkler on the wall I wanted to mount a 98" tv. The technicians were very knowledgeable, safe and fast. Josue, the sales rep also did a great job planning the entire process. I would recommend these guys to mount any TV!

I had a great experience with this company and highly recommend them! Cristian was extremely responsive from the beginning. He answered my questions, coordinated the estimate and invoice, and made sure I understood the pricing so I wasn’t paying for services I didn’t need. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Parviz handled the installation, and he was terrific. He took the time to discuss the TV placement with me, offered helpful professional advice, and made sure everything was positioned correctly. He was very careful to keep my apartment clean, even placing a garbage bag underneath while drilling to catch the dust and debris. He also did a great job managing the cords, and the finished installation looks fantastic. Both Cristian and Parviz were professional, thoughtful, and a pleasure to work with. It’s refreshing to find a company that provides excellent customer service, fair pricing, and quality workmanship. I would definitely recommend them!

The tv mounting was fantastic from start to finish. They got the job done the next day. My co-op has burdensome insurance and liability requirements which Josue handled like a champ. And Stephen, the installer was sublime. My concrete wall was a bear. He did a meticulous s job and left my apartment cleaner than when he came. I highly recommend!

Hired Temi from NYC TV Guy to mount two large paintings and couldn't be happier. He was fast, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Both pieces are perfectly aligned with the furniture below them. Communication was excellent: he kept me updated on his ETA and any potential delays the morning of the appointment. On top of all that, he's just a genuinely nice guy to chat with. Highly recommend.
