A really good experience. I was quite nervous because there is a wall sprinkler on the wall I wanted to mount a 98" tv. The technicians were very knowledgeable, safe and fast. Josue, the sales rep also did a great job planning the entire process. I would recommend these guys to mount any TV!
I had a great experience with this company and highly recommend them! Cristian was extremely responsive from the beginning. He answered my questions, coordinated the estimate and invoice, and made sure I understood the pricing so I wasn’t paying for services I didn’t need. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Parviz handled the installation, and he was terrific. He took the time to discuss the TV placement with me, offered helpful professional advice, and made sure everything was positioned correctly. He was very careful to keep my apartment clean, even placing a garbage bag underneath while drilling to catch the dust and debris. He also did a great job managing the cords, and the finished installation looks fantastic. Both Cristian and Parviz were professional, thoughtful, and a pleasure to work with. It’s refreshing to find a company that provides excellent customer service, fair pricing, and quality workmanship. I would definitely recommend them!
The tv mounting was fantastic from start to finish. They got the job done the next day. My co-op has burdensome insurance and liability requirements which Josue handled like a champ. And Stephen, the installer was sublime. My concrete wall was a bear. He did a meticulous s job and left my apartment cleaner than when he came. I highly recommend!
From salesperson Josue and the technician Stephen, my experience was excellent. The tech took the time to get all of the details right and my TV looks wonderful mounted. I highly recommend them.
The entire process was seamless. Josue was super responsive and helpful. Sebastian and Damion were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous; and they did an excellent job mounting our 77” TV. Highly recommend.
Absolute amazing experience. Cristian was Super quick in his response time to my inquiry and also fantastic setup time. Stephen and Sebastian were so flexible in helping me accommodate to make my tv in the best spot! I’d recommend them to anyone in New York City for quick service and fantastic quality.
Josue, Giovanni and Dabney were great! They installed the new TV quickly, set up the cable and stayed until we knew everything was working correctly.
The best company to use if you need tv's mounted. My technician Steven was quick amd efficient. He explained everything before starting each tv to be mounted and gave me advice on the height because I wasn't sure. I love the height of mounts. I can't wait to call them for my upcoming projects.
Did a great job mounting our 85” tv on the wall!🤩 Will definitely call back for future mounting jobs!
Great service. TV position looks perfect. Alejandro was very professional and helpful. Also, cleaned up after the Installation.
My tv was practically hanging off the wall and he came and got me together in no time !
Hired Temi from NYC TV Guy to mount two large paintings and couldn't be happier. He was fast, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Both pieces are perfectly aligned with the furniture below them. Communication was excellent: he kept me updated on his ETA and any potential delays the morning of the appointment. On top of all that, he's just a genuinely nice guy to chat with. Highly recommend.
