Users can expect messages regarding NYC TV GUY services, appointment reminders, special promotions, and tips for optimizing their TV setup.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the 646-912-5050
Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Client cancellations will result in the forfeiture of their booking fee. When the host cancels the booking fee will be refunded in 3-12 business days.
Clients can reschedule at no cost at least 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling with 24 hours of the appointment will require another booking fee
By making a booking you are agreeing to pay the full amount quoted upon completion of the job
