4. **Equipment Procurement** — Once approved, we order all equipment — projector, screen, speakers, receiver, control system, acoustic panels. Everything sourced and ready for install day.
5. **Installation Day** — Full installation — projector ceiling-mounted, screen installed, speakers mounted in walls/ceilings, all wiring concealed, control system installed.
6. **Calibration & Programming** — Professional audio calibration (Dolby/DTS), video calibration, Control4 or Josh.AI scene programming — "Movie Night" dims lights, drops screen, switches input.
7. **Walkthrough & Handoff** — We demonstrate every feature — voice commands, remote control, streaming apps, scene buttons — and make sure you're comfortable with the system.
