## The Story

### A video tour helped NYC TV Guy take on six Soho rooms

Two other contractors backed out after seeing the office, so the client sent NYC TV Guy a video tour of all six rooms.

Two contractors had backed out after seeing the Soho office. The client sent NYC TV Guy a video tour of all six rooms, and the team took on the wood-panel installation.

### Plain and brick walls shaped the panel placement

Panels went on open white walls or behind screens on exposed brick walls that could not be covered or flattened.

The team and the client planned panel positions room by room. Panels would go on the most open wall in rooms with plain white walls, and behind the TV where exposed brick could not be covered or made flat. Each room screen and camera bar would be removed and remounted, with panels cut around outlets.

### Wood panels fitted across six conference rooms

The crew fitted wood panels across six rooms, cutting around outlets, pipes and tables before remounting each screen and camera bar.

The crew worked through all six conference rooms, including a large boardroom, a two-person huddle room and several mid-size rooms. Some had plain white walls; in rooms with exposed brick, panels went behind the equipment. The crew removed each screen and camera bar, fitted and levelled the panels, cut them around outlets, pipes and tables, then remounted the equipment.
