The client wanted a 65-inch Samsung Frame TV mounted on mount plates already on hand, with the cords covered on the wall surface. Two new mirrors waiting in their boxes needed hanging too.

The client had a 2021 Samsung Frame TV and the metal mount plates for it, but no screws. A plain surface cover for the cords was enough, nothing inside the wall. Two new arched mirrors were still in their boxes and needed a place on the wall.

### Cord covers down the wall and a technician sent the next afternoon

The plan was one technician, a cover that runs the cords down the wall, screws for the client's plates and both mirrors in a single visit. The client picked the next afternoon.

Our salesperson laid out one visit for the Frame TV on the client's own plates, plastic covers for the cords and the two mirrors. The client liked it and asked for the next afternoon, between half past three and four.

### The Frame TV hangs flat over the soundbar and two arched mirrors go up in the bedroom

One technician mounted the 65-inch Frame TV above a soundbar with a cord cover running down the wall. Two brass-framed arched mirrors now hang side by side in the bedroom.

The technician levelled the Frame TV on the client's own plates and covered the cords with a slim cover down the wall. In the bedroom, two arched mirrors with brass frames went up side by side over a pair of teal dressers.
