# A Second 65-Inch LG TV, Mounted Flat in a Manhattan Apartment

**Area:** Manhattan
**Services:** TV Mounting

A family came back to us for a second 65-inch LG TV in another room of a Manhattan apartment. We repeated the set-up they liked: a super-slim wall mount, with the TV sitting flat to the wall. Our technician Stephen mounted it in one visit.

## The Story

### A first 65-inch LG OLED goes up flat with its wires hidden

The family first called us in June to mount a 65-inch LG OLED for the client's mother, on a flat mount with the wires concealed.

In June the client was ready to have a 65-inch LG OLED mounted for his mother. She wanted the flat mount and the wires concealed. The family already had a second TV in mind for another room, so they planned to call us back.

### Back for a second LG: the same super-slim mount in another room

Three months later the client asked for a second 65-inch LG TV. We offered the same super-slim mount and in-wall power cable, and the client said yes to the same set-up.

In October the client wrote that his mother needed another TV mounted, a 65-inch LG, and that the family would buy the mount. We offered what we had used the first time: a super-slim mount that sits flush, and a kit that runs the power cable inside the wall. On the phone the client chose the same thing, and said someone would be on hand to help lift the TV.

### The second LG goes up flat against the wall

On Saturday, October 17, Stephen fixed the wall plate, hung the LG TV and checked it with a level, so it sits close to the wall above a long console.

On Saturday Stephen fixed the mount's wall plate with a cordless drill, hung the TV and rested a small level on top to check it. Seen from the side, the TV sits almost flat against the wall, with its cables tucked behind it. The result is a clean 65-inch LG above a long wooden console.
